Background

Human NK Cell Complete Medium (for Antibody-Based Isolation / Negative Selection Cells) can maintain the optimal growth state of human NK cells (antibody-based isolation / negative selection), which is carefully designed and optimized by Pricella’s R&D team through long-term testing. This product contains all necessary components for the growth of human NK cells (antibody-based isolation / negative selection) and requires no additional supplements. It can be directly used for the in vitro maintenance culture of human NK cells (antibody-based isolation / negative selection). It is serum-free, requiring no additional ingredients, and can be used directly for the in vitro maintenance culture of human NK cells (antibody-based isolation / negative selection). The core function of this product is to "maintain cell growth status" ensuring the stability of cell viability, morphology, and fundamental biological characteristics during in vitro culture. However, it does not possess NK cell activation functionality nor does it promote cell expansion. It is not suitable for experimental scenarios requiring cell activation or amplification of cell numbers. This product is intended for further scientific research use only and must not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, household, or any other purposes.

Matters Need Attention

1. Aseptic technique must be observed during product use to avoid contamination.
2. The product has a shelf life of 18 months before opening and should be used within 1 month after opening. All products must be used within their validity period. Discard if expired.
3. This product is a complete nutrient medium and can be used directly without additional serum or antibiotics, unless otherwise required.
4. This product is only suitable for maintaining non-activated cells and cannot be used for cell activation or expansion. It does not possess activation capability. Cell viability can be maintained above 50% for 3–5 days. Due to cell characteristics, non-activated cells cannot be cultured long-term in vitro.
5. To preserve optimal performance, avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature or higher temperatures.
6. This product is intended for research use only and is not for clinical or other applications.
