Reference materials
| Background | The JVM-2 cell line was established by J.V. Melo from the peripheral blood of a 63-year-old White female with mantle cell lymphoma. It was immortalized via Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) transformation. This cell line expresses p16 and cyclin D2, and exhibits low levels of cyclin D1 expression. |
| Biosafety Level | BSL-2 |
