| Instructions | 1. Check all containers for leakage or breakage. 2. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately transfer them to liquid nitrogen (liquid or vapor phase) for long-term cryopreservation. 3. This cell line is relatively difficult to recover. Some dead cells will be present after recovery, manifesting as dark granules in the background; the proliferation rate is slow. 4. An appropriate increase in IL-2 is recommended for weekend culture. 5. Minimize centrifugation during cell culture. |
