Instructions	1. Check all containers for leakage or breakage. 2. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately transfer them to liquid nitrogen (liquid or vapor phase) for long-term cryopreservation.

Reference materials

Background	OCI-Ly3 was established in 1983 from the bone marrow sample of a 52-year-old man with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, DLBCL, stage 4B) at relapse; cells were described in the literature to be EBV-negative and lacking a classical t(8;14) translocation.
