| Background | OCI-Ly3 was established in 1983 from the bone marrow sample of a 52-year-old man with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, DLBCL, stage 4B) at relapse; cells were described in the literature to be EBV-negative and lacking a classical t(8;14) translocation. Exome and RNA sequence data are available (see Ref 18187 and Exome sequence and RNA-Seq). |
