Instructions	1. Check all containers for leakage or breakage. 2. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately transfer them to liquid nitrogen (liquid or vapor phase) for long-term cryopreservation. 3. This cell line is a suspension cell line. Harvest the cell suspension by centrifugation; do not discard the culture medium directly.

Background

SU-DHL-4 is a human B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) cell line established in 1975 from peritoneal effusion collected from a 38-year-old male patient. The tumor was classified as diffuse large cleaved cell lymphoma, initially documented as "diffuse histiocytic lymphoma". SU-DHL-4 harbors the EZH2 Y641S mutation and is categorized as germinal center B-cell-like (GCB) DLBCL. Publicly accessible exome and RNA sequencing datasets are available for this cell line (see Reference 18187, exome sequence and RNA-Seq resources).
