| Incubation Atmosphere | Air, 95%; CO₂, 5% |
| Temperature | 37℃ |
| Subcultivation Ratio | 1:3-1:4 |
| Medium Renewal | Every 3 to 4 days |
| Subculturing Procedure | Cultures can be maintained by either supplementing with fresh medium or exchanging medium via centrifugation. The recommended centrifugation conditions are 1200 rpm (approximately 250 × g) for 3 minutes. |
| Freeze Medium | General Freezing Medium [PB180436] |
| Storage Conditions | For long-term cryopreservation, cryovials should be stored in liquid nitrogen at −150°C to −196°C. Storage at −80°C is restricted to short-term interim use only. |
Reference materials
| Background | SU-DHL-6 is a B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B-NHL) cell line established from the pleural effusion of a 43-year-old patient. The primary tumor was originally classified as diffuse mixed small and large cell lymphoma. This cell line carries the EZH2 Y641N mutation and is categorized as a germinal center B-cell (GCB-like) lymphoma subtype. Exome and RNA sequencing data of SU-DHL-6 are publicly available (see reference 18187). |
| Gene Expression | monoclonal cytoplasmic immunoglobulin: IgM, lambda light chain |
| Biosafety Level | BSL-1 |
