Reference materials

Background	The T2 cell line was derived from a variant of the T1 cell line (ATCC CRL-1991), generated by selection with the SFR1-MI.3 monoclonal antibody (against a monomorphic determinant on HLA-DR). This cell line can be used as a transfection host and for studying antigen processing and T cell recognition of class I MHC antigens.
