Instructions	1. Check all containers for leakage or breakage. 2. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately transfer them to liquid nitrogen (liquid or vapor phase) for long-term cryopreservation. 3. This cell line is a suspension cell line. Harvest the cell suspension by centrifugation; do not discard the culture medium directly.

Background	Reh was established from the peripheral blood of a 15-year-old girl with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL at first relapse) in 1973; it carries t(12;21), which leads to the ETV6-RUNX1 (TEL-AML1) fusion gene. Exome and RNA sequencing data are available.
