| Background | WSU-DLCL2 was established in 1990 from pleural effusion collected from a 41-year-old male patient with relapsed/progressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). The lymphoma was classified as intermediate-grade non-cleaved diffuse large cell lymphoma, transformed from low-grade follicular small cleaved cell lymphoma. WSU-DLCL2 harbors the EZH2 Y641F mutation, and corresponding exome and RNA sequencing datasets are publicly available for this cell line. |
